Perez Sports Associates was co-founded by brothers John and Bryan Perez and represents a dream turned into reality. This dream, now known as Perez Sports Associates, started when its founders were young children. Football was their life, it was their passion.

Unfortunately, neither brother was blessed with enough talent to one day play professionally. So, at a very early age, the Perez Brothers began formulating their plan. They knew that they wanted to one day represent the best athletes in the world: professional football players.

In accordance with their plan, the Perez Brothers successfully received their Bachelor's Degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey. During their college years, they lived together as roommates and spent long nights preparing to launch their vision.

While at William Paterson, John played for and was a Captain of the football team. During his playing days, he spent many hours analyzing game film and was praised by his coaches for his accuracy to scout the strengths and weaknesses of his opponents. In addition to acquiring the skills of tape review and analysis, John also has first-hand experience of what life is like for a college football player. He is now in a position to relate with all of Perez Sports' prospective clients on a level that goes far beyond the "average" agent.

John and Bryan knew, however, that more than just a college degree was needed to offer the best representation to their future clients. The Perez Brothers decided to attend Law School, and they did so successfully, as both received their Juris Doctor Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Connecticut. Today, both John and Bryan are licensed attorneys in the State of New Jersey.

John is certified as a NFLPA Contract Advisor and both brothers are certified as CFLPA Contract Advisors. In addition, John and Bryan, in such a short period of time, have plowed through the doors of NFL front offices and now have direct contacts with many NFL scouts, personnel, and executives.

Most importantly, John and Bryan have never changed who they are or what they believe in. Their philosophy is very simple: represent good, hard working, honest people and good things will happen. Both John and Bryan have been acknowledged by their peers as just that: good, hard working, honest people.
