2021 (Senior): Preseason Second Team All-America from D2Football.com … AFCA Second Team All-America selection … earned 2021 NSIC Glen Galigan Award as the conference’s top football student-athlete … finlast for the Cliff Harris Award as the nation’s top small college defensive player … named Second Team All-NSIC South Division … helped Augustana to be the national leader in fewest rushing yards allowed at just over 40 yards per game … started all 12 games on the defensive line … totaled 27 tackles, 21 of which were solo … tallied 6.5 tackles for loss … totaled 2.5 sacks … broke up three passes … credited with three quarterback hurries … had a season-high five tackles at Sioux Falls (Oct. 2) and at Minnesota State (Oct. 23) … led Augustana to the NCAA Division II Playoffs for the second-straight season.

2019 (Junior): First Team All-NSIC selection … Named NSIC Player of the Week on Sept. 30 … had a breakout campaign on the defensive line … tied the single-season record with eight quarterback sacks … ranked sixth in the NSIC with 15 tackles for a loss … recorded 51 tackles … tallied a strip-sack in the win at Sioux Falls (Sept. 26) … recorded tackles for loss in win at Winona State (Nov. 9) … helped Augustana rank 12th in the nation in rushing defense.

2018 (Sophomore): Academic All-NSIC Selection…NSIC South Division All-Conference Honorable Mention.. Played in every game for the Vikings… recorded 30 total tackles, 14 of which were solo… finished the year with seven tackles for a loss… tallied 2 sacks on the year for -14 yards… Led the team with three forced fumbles… Swanson also tacked on a blocked kick on September 15th while playing in the rival game against the University of Sioux Falls…. his 30 total tackles was 9th on the team and second on the defensive line.

2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in the first nine games of the season off the bench … finished with 21 tackles, 12 solo and nine assists … opened the season with four stops vs. MSU Moorhead on Sept. 2, and at Minot State on Sept. 9 … set a career-high with five tackles vs. Wayne State on Sept. 30, two of them for loss.

2016 (Redshirt): Sat out the season as a redshirt.
